Hi, my name is Lana. I am sorry that you are in a place of pain right now, but proud that
you have taken the first step toward healing. I have been working in the field of
psychology for almost 20 years. I have worked for several school districts, including Dallas ISD, providing therapy for students as well as psychoeducational assessments. I
have also worked in private practice providing therapy for individuals, couples and
families. My strongest desire is to equip todayʼs families to face the difficult and unique
challenges of our times.
Everyone comes into therapy with a unique story of love, pain, and success.
Fortunately, we all also have a unique set of coping skills. My goal is to help each
person understand their story and use their skills to reach a place of peace. I utilize
assessments tools, cognitive therapy and solutions based therapy to guide each
individual. My faith is a huge part of my life and upon client approval I will utilize
Biblical principles to enhance the therapeutic process. I will gladly meet you where you
are in your personal walk and join you in your journey to peace.
For surely I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare
and not for harm, plans to give you hope and a future. - Jeremiah 29:11
