Most insurance companies do pay for counseling. We are providers on many different networks. When you call to set up your first appointment, the office staff will take your insurance information and will call your insurance company for your specific coverage and benefits. Many employers currently provide sessions free of charge for their employees. These are part of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). It may benefit you to call your company’s HR department and ask about EAP sessions so you will know if you have this benefit.
