The Sunday Group
Facilitated by Cathy Woodyard, Ed.D., LPC-S
The Sunday Group meets one Sunday afternoon a month from 1-5. The group begins in September with a weekend retreat and then meets monthly though May. The group is made up of ten women who are committed to personal growth and who are open to learning through experiential activities
Reclaiming the Sacredness of Our Bodies
Facilitated by Cathy Woodyard, Ed.D., LPC-S and Maria Sweeney, LPC
This group meets on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 – 7:00. Members of this group struggle with acceptance of their bodies and want to make changes in their attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors related to their bodies and their health. The group is limited to eight members, and all are required to make a commitment for one sixteen-week session and may continue for subsequent sessions if desired. Each sixteen week session concludes with a weekend retreat.
Personal Growth Group for Men and Women
Facilitated by Cathy Woodyard, Ed.D., LPC-S & Maria Sweeney, LPC
This group for men and women meets from 7:00 to 8:30 on Monday nights. Members are required to make a commitment for one sixteen-week session and may continue for subsequent sessions if desired. The group is limited to eight members. The group’s direction is guided by the needs of the members – boundaries, relationships, past hurts, inner awareness, anger issues, self-care, etc.
Personal Growth Group for Women

This group is made up of women who seek support, growth, and encouragement. They meet every Thursday morning from 8:00 to 9:30. Members are required to make a commitment for one sixteen-week session and may continue for subsequent sessions if desired. The group is limited to eight members. The group’s direction is guided by the needs of the members – boundaries, relationships, past hurts, inner awareness, anger issues, self-care, etc.

This group for men and women meets from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. Wednesday mornings. Members are required to make a commitment for one sixteen-week session and may continue for subsequent sessions if desired. This group is limited to eight members.
This group examines the questions of life which emerge from our developmental process. Why are we here? What is the meaning and purpose of my life? What truly matters most in my life? This group explores our own internal ideals, values, and beliefs that guide our lives. The struggles that we experience in our external lives invite us to unfold our interior lives.

This group is designed to help facilitate growth for the individual dealing with feelings, needs, and boundaries. Its goal is strengthen members’ psychological skills so they can develop the capacity for relationship with themselves and with others.

Codependency Group
Facilitated by Maria Sweeney, MS, LPC
This group is for men and women who struggle with codependency issues such as boundaries, self-awareness, needs, and communication. It meets on Monday evenings from 5:30 to 7:00. The group is limited to eight members, and all are required to make a commitment for one sixteen week session and may continue for subsequent sessions if desired.
