Terms of Service

The therapists at CCA are licensed professionals who are committed to providing quality mental health services for our clients.

Fees
For counseling services, the initial session’s fee is $160.00. Fees for following sessions are $135.00 per session. For group counseling, fees are $30.00 per session with a commitment to pay for sessions regardless of attendance. For psychiatric services, the initial session’s fee is $300.00. Med management sessions are $85.00. In some cases, individuals without insurance may need assistance but cannot afford this rate. Please contact our office to discuss your unique situation.

Payment for Services
CCA accepts cash, check, and most major credit cards. Our therapists are also on most insurance panels, and we will file insurance claims for those companies with which we are contracted. Call our office for assistance in knowing which therapists are available on your insurance plan.

Appointments
Appointments are made by calling (972) 542-8144 Monday through Saturday. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Please call to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the missed appointment. Clients are responsible for payment for missed appointments; insurance will not pay for late cancellations or missed appointments.

Length of Visits
Counseling sessions are usually 45-50 minutes in length. The initial psychiatric session will be 1 ½ hour, and med management visits are 30 minutes.

Emergencies
If you experience a life threatening emergency, please go to your nearest Emergency Room or call 911.
